Returns and Refunds

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, in the same packaging (includes shoes in the original undamaged box, that cannot be used as external packaging when posting back) and with all labels attached.

To exchange, simply email us at info@heidiboutique.co.uk or call 01933227741 and we will handle your request. This will enable us to put the item on hold and confirm that we have it in stock. Exchanges may only be made to change size or colour of the same product.

To return an item for a refund , please follow these instructions:

1) Post the item back to us to our store address .The item/s need to be returned to us within the 28 day window of receipt. Items received after the 28 days will not be refunded. We recommend you return your item(s) using a secure or trackable method i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery and that you retain your proof of postage.

3) Choose your packaging. We recommend you return your item(s) in the packaging we sent them in to ensure the item(s) arrive at Heidi in pristine condition. Items need to be sent back in the same condition they were sent out in.

4) Include the returns form for your purchase inside the parcel.

5) Await our email to confirm receipt of your returned item and that we have actioned the refund(s). Please note, until we receive your return, the item(s) and their condition remain your responsibility. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Depending on your bank, refunds can up to 10 days  to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable

 

New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in saleable condition. Heidi will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. For hygienic purposes, returns/exchanges on earrings and Knickers cannot be accepted. All items purchased on the Heidi website must be returned to our store at the responsibility of the sender. Heidi cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.

Late Returns: You have 28 days from when you receive your parcel to return your items back to us. If the goods are returned outside of this timeframe then the goods will not be accepted and returned to the customer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Returns

Returns can be handled in-store, however, monetary transactional processes will be processed through the online systems. Therefore, no cash/credit refunds for online orders will be given at the in-store till point, instead, refunds will be credited to the method of online payment.


Exchanges can be handled in-store, however, the original monetary value will be refunded through the online systems to the original method of online payment, meaning the alternative item(s) are then payable in full at the in-store till point.
