It’s ok to change your mind
When buying online with us, we want you to have the same confidence in shopping as you get in store. It’s ok if you change your mind, as we offer an exchange or full refund on all purchases.
If you want an exchange, please email us on email@example.com first so we can check if we have the available item.
When returning your item, all we ask is that the items are returned in their original condition with all tags/labels still attached. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your item. If items are returned after the 14 days then unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
The quickest way to return items are in store or you can post them back to the shop. Please note, Heidi Boutique is not responsible for any return costs. The item remains your responsibility until it is received at the shop. We advise that when posting items to the shop, please ensure you get a proof of delivery.
